What is the different between Guaranteed RAM and Burstable RAM? I have seen many VPS providers (happy-hosting, hostgator, etc.) offer them.

That is pretty obvious, don't you get? Guaranteed RAM is the amount you always have - a minimum for the plan. burstable - is the amount you may have when the conditions allow - the maximum for the plan.
If fact, the most companies, such as serverpoint.com or santrex.net are holding this Ram policy.

Usually all hosting companies which provides VPS deals offer guaranteed RAM and burstable RAM. Happy-hosting has offered them much too on lovely conditions.
