See the attached picture

It requires 1400W of power in order to run, and the product even comes with instructions on how to hook up 5 300W power supplies to feed it... what's more, to get it strted in the first place, you need something called a "starter pack". 50 starter packs are included in the original package, which makes me think that they're not reusable... so you'll have to buy some small gizmos you'll use every time you start your computer???

Yes, I believe I have, except I don't think it was water, but some kind of oil - water would short it out... anyway, they don't fall in the same category...
I mean, this thing could suck in your cat or small dog if it's in it's path... try redecorating your room like that with a watercooled system....

Being an Electrical Engineer, I believe a 400W Compressor can cool almost any size CPU to less then 10 Degree C at any given time. Unless its placed in hot sun shine in singapore. lol
