Can any one tell me what is Blue hat SEO. I just know that it is an advanced SEO technique, but how to implement it? Is it beneficial technique? Please share your knowledge.

I think it's just kind a link wheel, through blogging. I don't really know this but as what I've read from other reliable source it's just a blog. I can't define what blog they're referring.

It's nothing more than a promotion of blue hat seo blog. They suggest techniques which called as blue hat techniques.

As far as I know, There are only 2 types of sEO techniques.
the white hat and black hat.. I know that blue hat is just a promotion of a blog
just like what the others told you.
