I'm trying to improve on our site design and the challenge is keeping all of the great photos while keeping great content.? 

I'm working on improving the other side of the site which is for sale properties:

Original site:?  Urban Leasing & Realty

The "for sale" site:?  Urban Real Estate

both the sites look professional.
For suggestions on the for-sale site:
I think it would be better if you move the banner text from the lower-center to the right of all picture. all make it the lower right corner of the biggest picture.
