According to my information Paul and angela are providing forums list with high page rank on monthly basis.what you will do it just make an account on those forums and put your link in signature and you done.This is also known as profile link building.The link you build is dofollow thats the second benefit of list.

May be but i am not sure that i'm wrong or right coz i am not a owner of any forum yet...i am disagree with cricket post.This is not kind of spamming work,you just build you link in signature and leave it there no one have problem with this...Most of people make an account in different forums and leave after couple of days,But they did not remove there signature and links.I think The Webmaster not have problem with this.
