No tools, it is better to analyze manually.

Analyzing your competitor is very important when engaging in any type of business.. You don't wanna be left out do you? Evaluating your competitor will be as essential as evaluating your performance. By doing such, you will know if what you are doing is right or if what you do needs to be improved. I would suggest manual analysis of your competitor rather than using tools to do so.

Competitor analysis in marketing and strategic management is an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of current and potential competitors. This analysis provides both an offensive and defensive strategic context through which to identify opportunities and threats. Competitor profiling coalesces all of the relevant sources of competitor analysis into one framework in the support of efficient and effective strategy formulation, implementation, monitoring and adjustment

Yes, its better to analyze competitors manually. Search the main keyword of your website in Google and pick top 5 website for each keyword. Analyze their content, back links, link backs, services etc.
