No tools, it is better to analyze manually.

Analyzing your competitor is very important when engaging in any type of business..
You don't wanna be left out do you? Evaluating your competitor will be as essential as evaluating your performance.
By doing such, you will know if what you are doing is right or if what you do needs to be improved.
I would suggest manual analysis of your competitor rather than using tools to do so.

I use a software named link assistant to check competitors analysis this software is very easy to understand

I use Market Samurai religiously. too much competition and you are dead in the water. Just my opinion.

Yes, its better to analyze competitors manually. Search the main keyword of your website in Google and pick top 5 website for each keyword. Analyze their content, back links, link backs, services etc.
