The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later.

Message clearly stats that you have exceeded the allotted bandwidth for your hosting account. You will have to get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to upgrade your hosting plan to next higher level where you will get more bandwidth.

SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is an protocol created by Netscape to make sure that the transactions between web servers and the client browsers are secured. Doing transactions without using an SSL, the information sent to a website is always at a high risk, as it can be easily intercepted and viewed by hackers.

SSL certificates are for those who have or wish to run an online shop, if you are planning for an e-commerce site, a SSL certificate is strongly recommend for your store to secure your transactions. The SSL will ensure that the sensitive data of customers like credit card information is encrypted while the transactions are done. The SSL certificates can also be used to protect the information such as passwords used to login your site.

You should have a limit on your monthly bandwidth set by our server administrator and you have exceeded the limit. you should ask your admin to increase the limit.

contact the admin, that is what I can suggest you to do..
I think most recommends that too..
He has the access of increasing your limit...
then afterwards, you should be careful about your limit so you won't experience the same problem again...
