I just saw a thread in warriorForum and the author said that he only commented at some high PR hub pages and left links in his profile for 1 week and now he has got high PR for his own site. Can this be true?

B.T.W, I've tried hub pages by leave 2 links in my hub profile. And I already get punished for this.

If they offer a dofollow backlink, of course they are. If not, they're just a waste of time!

Yes, it helps your website to get high PR.

But, you must write a good, original, and useful hub. And only 2 links of your website (placed thoughtfully) are allowed on a single article.

It depends upon the quality posts also. One can not say that from hub pages he got the best backlinks that has given him the opportunity to get high pr. It might be a chance that he got the PR from the backlinks of any other web site other then the hub pages. But i still believe that the backlinks from hub pages are really very effective because hub pages is a quality and high page ranked web site.

via hub pages, it is beneficial unless your content is fresh and non spam over there but have to spread content over the many sites for more better
