What is one way linking,two way linking and three way linking???

The one way to link is the link from blog post to your site. In three way link site A is linked to site B, site B is linked to site C and site C is linked to site A.

two way linking is exchanging links x---y and y----x 
i have a doubt what are reciprocal links 

one way = forum links to my site
2 way = A B = i link back to forum and they link me
3 way = A B C = Forum 1 linking me >> im linkling forum 2 and forums 2 linking back to Ist forum

Blog commenting, forum posting and link exchange are best ways to increase backlinks. I have been doing this since 2008 and have seen that these are only ways to get or increase backlinks.

one-way text link means that a Web site links to your Web site but you don???t link back to that Web site

two way link nothing but link exchange between two web sites.

three way link some webmasters own multiple sites and try to build up one of their specific sites by offering link exchanges from their other sites. In doing this they add a link to you on their other site and get you to link to the main site they are trying to build up

Article submission is very powerful because if your article is written well, people will more likely to click on the link of the article that will lead back to your website. So quality articles generally equates to high numbers of visitors.
Blog comment is an easy way to get good backlinks.
There are so many other ways you can backlinks. But I would stay away from 3 linking because it is a method that your website can easily get penalize if its not implemented correct.

One way links are generally better... unless you're exchanging links with a higher PR site.
