Adobe Dreamweaver as the best web development software tool available today. If you are looking for an easy-to-use rapid web development software to design, program, manage, update and publish cutting edge professional web sites with ease and consistency, look no further Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 is all this and more!Dreamweaver generates valid HTML/XHTML code for you, so you don't have to be an expert programmer to develop a web site. This tool also generates code for web programming like dynamic forms and to link up to a database using almost all popular technologies like PHP, ASP, XHTML and .NET. Dreamweaver inbuilt extensions and downloadable extensions (functions created by other developers) are also supported; great when needed in a hurry or you cannot afford to build the functionality from scratch.
