Does anyone know how to find the owner that has a domain with Ownership Protection? Some one told me that he found something like this because in the time between registration and enabling the protection ownership the details are available and records are being made.
Thanks in advance

Well, you could try and e-mail him through that whois e-mail but no one guarantees it will actually work. You can also try and post something on his website leaving your e-mail if he has a web 2.0 one!
Calm down. It's just a virus.

I beleive that you should look for more options to make a proper choice. I know that Eurodns is providing featured domain registration and you should ask them directly to get more information about your demands.

Ownership Protection is provided by many domain registrars. That's not something unique.

They advertise domain protection and offer the record that was made before the individual sets their info to private.
