wanna find the best host for my needs (2GB space, 20GB bandwidth, Linux) that supports SolusVM.
How do you feel about Just199.com? is it the host I can trust?
The thing is that they support SolusVM - this what I need.

Any other suggestions?

I do not think this software type is really the unique by its functionality and suppose XEN VPS could replace it. So I recommend considering the deals of greenolivetree.net
