These look OK, however I cannot be sure if they are quality having lack of experience and information

I know santrex.net often to be demanded  for their offshore services, where everything is allowed and  which cost rather low price.

Would also recommend considering the servers of exmasters.com which have the potential of offshore hosting being located in Europe.

Think you are interested in European dedi server judging about the company you have mentioned, the OP.
That's why I'd recommend you hosting from aspnix.com.
They have a DC in EU and offer many quality dedis over there.

If you are still in search of reliable place to deal with, try to check hostrail.com offshore dedicated servers.
Their uptime is fantastic and ability to upgrade and downgrade is a plus. You will be very pleased. Initial site up in hours, all support queries are responded to extremely quickly, easy control panel for a novices, etc.

Among the named offshore providers I find santrex.net the most reasonable and suppose it will be good choice for you.
