and welcome to our forum Smiley

As you are a web design firm, I would first suggest you to make a more attractive design and get rid of the ads and the links you have.

You must have a better prestige when you are targeting businesses.

About the SEO, my all time classics advice is to submit your site to directories. The more inbound links you get, the more search engine visitors will come to your site.
