It used to be MS Frontpage, and dreamweaver by Adobe.

Do they use new tools now?

I am a fan of Dreamweaver it really is the best tool for the job IMO.

For HTML page design Frontpage is good.Now a days more PHP is used for web site designing.Themes like Magento is available in the market which makes the web designing more easier.

Adobe dreamweaver is the best. Have all the functions I need and with the webmaster package it comes with photoshop, flash and bridge.

Dream weaver is the better option to work with HTML.You don't need to write the code.You just design your site by dragging and dropping.Later you can modify it by modifying the source code.You can use Photoshop for better graphic design.

It is still Adobe Dreamweaver I presume. It could be use anywhere to almost anything. A flexible software I may say.

Dreamweaver and Frontpage is like Photoshop and Paintbrush:-)

it depends. I use dreamweaver. sometimes I use notepad++ too.

I use Dreamweaver. It is really excellent software to develop HTML webpage
