hi guys.. just want to share something. The purpose of RSS feed is to circulate the content instantly among the people or sites who subscribe the feed. RSS feed is an effective way for generating backlink and also crawler read the RSS feed and can easily get the latest information about the site and also new pages get cached easily. It???s one of the effective tool for online marketing.

According to my own study experiences, RSS is a great way to deliver content into the hands of potential website visitors. It is also a channel for syndicating your content onto others??? websites.
So, RSS plays an important role in SEO.

Number of RSS feed subscriber of your site also indicated your authority in the eyes of search engines which is one of the factors fort ranking too.. I agree that It increases caching speed.

Once you have all your Rss feeds set up then it will deliver messages and traffic to your site.  Rss feeds are important for SEO, as an augment to it.  That is all.

Yes, it is. But RSS feed never displays in SERPs.

Everything was said up top, but what you can do with the rss feeds is set up many places to deliver your feed, facebook, linkedin, all the top social media sites, and hundreds of other places you can set up an install a feed.  Then when you have completed everything you can write your next article or blog and have it delivered to all the feeds, which can be hundreds and the point is if someone reads they probably will come to your site, and you get more traffic.
