I'd highly suggest searching for website templates... there're lots of free website templates on the internet. If you're looking for a really good site, I'd suggest purchasing a template...

Especially if you're new to this, this will help you a lot... otherwise, you will spend a lot of time trying to learn the tool (like Dreamweaver, yes, that's what I'd suggest if you really want a software) and then trying to create a site...

With high standard features and long range usability, I would definitely suggest dreamweaver.

Hi,
I think that Dreamweaver is the best. I also may advice to use Wordpress CMS. As for the templates, I can give you a good link: websitetemplates.bz/wordpress-themes.html. Good Luck!

dreamweaver - yes.. but i would suggest you don't go using dreamweaver directly.  i started learning web design with notepad+. it allows you to learn the codes and actually understand their function

Dreamweaver for me, like the in-built FTP, effortless, early versions might suit for now, if you can get hold of.

I think Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 is the best web site development software available today. If you are a professional web designer looking for a rapid application tool to design web sites, this is the best.
