What is the best web page design software for someone who is new to building web sites but wants to build a comprehensive site that will consist of multiple pages and integrates photos, videos and interactive links?

I'd highly suggest searching for website templates... there're lots of free website templates on the internet. If you're looking for a really good site, I'd suggest purchasing a template...
Especially if you're new to this, this will help you a lot... otherwise, you will spend a lot of time trying to learn the tool (like Dreamweaver, yes, that's what I'd suggest if you really want a software) and then trying to create a site...

With high standard features and long range usability, I would definitely suggest dreamweaver.

Hi, I think that Dreamweaver is the best. I also may advice to use Wordpress CMS. As for the templates, I can give you a good link: websitetemplates.bz/wordpress-themes.html. Good Luck!

dreamweaver - yes.. but i would suggest you don't go using dreamweaver directly. i started learning web design with notepad+. it allows you to learn the codes and actually understand their function

Dreamweaver for me, like the in-built FTP, effortless, early versions might suit for now, if you can get hold of.

I think Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 is the best web site development software available today. If you are a professional web designer looking for a rapid application tool to design web sites, this is the best.

Love Dreamweaver, but also use Expression Web.
