I have a site Google website but the crawlers can't find any keywords. My question is where do I put the keywords? I go into "manage site" - Site settings-general and put the words in site description. Are these the keywords? or am I in the wrong area?

You need to add those keyword in meta tags, you have to define meta keywords and description on your site.

Obviously place keywords in title and meta tags SIMULTANEOUSLY
Simultaneously in what way? Like, title then meta-tags then title?

you need an onsite optimization, put your keywords in meta tags and optimize description. Also add H1 and H2 tags. If you don't get it talk to a SEO consultant.

Nope there will be only 1 title per page..
Insert the keywords in title...
also .. in your meta tag you can insert the keyword,,
If you are really finding this difficult.. browse through youtube or else open your competitors website.. you can see which keywords he's targetting in his meta and title!!
