For example if I am a webmaster of my own webpage, I am able to put a counter and count the number of my visitors perday.
but is it possible to use a soft or code to find it for a site which I am not its webmaster? for example how can find number of visitors of abc  dot com Huh? this site is just an example. but I would like you to give me a general information please.

you can even see how long did a visitor take on specific page and which browser he is using as well.

Let's take a step back guys! Google analytics require a code put on the page, you cannot use it on a page that is not yours.

I can't say right at the moment there is some way you can track the visitors of a web page that is not your own only in the case that is allowed by the administrator of the website.

If its a blogging site in wordpress you can add widgets and calculate the amount of visitors you get daily...
or else .. google analytics is all time favorite.. to get to know the number of visitors on your web site!! Smiley

Google analytic will keep track of every visitor, as well as the traffic source,..
You can also run keyword campaigns along with google adwords... and get a better view on both .. organic as well as paid!! Smiley

With Google analytics you can track the number of visitors, the landing and exit pages, your bounce rate, traffic sources and the keywords that were used to find your site.

You can even connect it to your ad words to track the performance of your ads and make reports on your level of traffic.

This information will give you a benchmark for where you wish to develop your site.

I do not think there is any way to check the traffic of someone elses website.

You need to authenticate the website before you can check the visitors of a certain website.

yes i have seen some of the websites which are clearly show the visitors of all of the website, and i guess so that there is the way which can let you have all      information's,.. you will jest need to install that oil just..
