I personally own 7 (soon to be Cool. justinlove.net, jlovewebdesign.net, sleekpixel.net, tlove2.com, mob-rules.com, betterautoelectric.com (old, outdated).

well my plan is to kick up the ranks of these secondary domains that i will never use (bunch of .be domain names). get the PR's up to 3+ and then sell them for like $25 each, easy cash

That makes sense.  Ive bought a few sites in the past for $25 or so without PR so you shouldnt have any problem selling the sites.
