Is there a way to see how the pages that have been indexed are ranked without having to type it in at Google and then start searching.

I think there is a lot of value to searching the old fashioned way. You learn who your competitors are for targeted keywords. You learn how who's hot and who's not over time. If they are outpacing you, take a look and see what they are doing differently than you.

Google Webmaster Tools is one...There???s another called ???Keyword Country???. I use it to track my ranking, SEO and PPC traffic. Moreover it helps me in tapping my competitors??? traffic and I am surprised to see how aggressively they are working.

The best tool to use for Google serps is GWT, or Google webmaster tools to see how your keywords are ranking in the searches.  It is by far the best tools to use and the data is extremely accurate.
