Seo for Japanese keyword?

Hello friends,
Recently I have started doing SEO on the Japanese keyword. And the problem I am facing is that when I do social bookmarking for that Japanese keyword it takes it as [&#12510]. Please help me and let me know how to get out of this problem? And please suggest me some SEO techniques I should use for the Japanese keywords.

I have mentioned some usefull tips that you can use for your website

1) Website must be written in Japanese
2) Hosting location should be in Japanese
3) If possible use domain which is base on Japanese like co.jp
4) In linking you have to make sure your link website has same language
5) anchor text in same language

The language of the site content is a must, but my opinion is, you must get more links from co.jp sites.

At the same time,you can use long tail keywords which include "Japan" such as "adidas shoes in Japan".
