I decided to find out the best web hosting provider along with many useful features included into hosting plans and that can provide 100% network uptime. I have a question:
Do you think that rightservers.com cloud hosting solutions can suit my needs?
I have heard that cloud hosting gives 100% network uptime.. is it TRUE? Will it be good to deal with them? Any points?
What other hosts do you know that provide 100% network uptime
I wish I was an Oscar winner

No one can gurarantee 100% of anything, whether it is uptime or a sunshine during an hour. Thus it is not professional approach.
For really good up0time host I shall recommend you cirtexhosting

100% network uptime is possible to have, say serverpoint has it. All depends on the network provider and the company you have a deal with.

As I know, rightservers.com is one of the most stable web hosts available in the market. you will be pleased to deal with them. They never sell overshared network as many other hosts do, so your sites will be always up and very fast. They have top-notch customer service, responding to trouble tickets immediately and consistently - contact them!

I'm not quite sure if there really is a 100% percent up time. But rightservers are offering quality hosting. I'll suggest try them.

What's the point of network uptime unless you are using cloud service? I mean there are as many hosts offering 100% fior network uptime that you could hardly get the best excluded.
Would recommend looking up santrex.net and webintellects.com hosting providers.

Any host could be recommended here. I mean network uptime means nothing that is why almost every host is able to give 100% guarantee (what is also pretty unfair).
Try looking up sluwebservices.com, for shared hosting of all types.
I feel pretty...

I am afraid that no host can realize 100% network uptime. Because every host needs maintainence. What is more, the Internet is full of Hackers who may attack a certain host without notice.

Network uptime is not the same a server uptime, and it can be 100% guaranteed. As I know rightservers.com, the company is worth of being used due to the exceptional stability of deals.

Contrary to what many people believe, cloud hosting doesn't always give 100% uptime (I can recall the Amazon cloud went down a while ago) It's important to note that there is a difference between server uptime and network uptime. More reliable hosts will stand behind a 100% network uptime claim with a Service Level Agreement, that outlines how clients can be compensated if their network is ever unavailable.

Yes, but in fact this mean nothing. Network may be up while server may have troubles with connectivity.
AS for the quality hosts I may recommend looking through the offers of santrex.net and also hostingsource.com which are to my mind providing together the widest range of possible solutions at the widest spectre of costs.
