I have read a blog/article regarding this topic. There are some assaults on the companies of Sony, Epsilon and Citibank wherein that the account names, account numbers and contact information of their clients were known to be in breached. Because of this, the article provided some ways to protect you company from data hack.
a)Have a plan b)Secure information c)Disposed data d)Limit outside access e)Trust the professionals

@summerwilkins i think you should have to Try Folder Lock its very Good for data Protection Just go to Google search Newsoftwares.net it have alot of products search FolderLock and use it!!

Frankly speaking, nothing can protect your company from hacking, even the best and most secure software, plans, etc. The most important is your everyday attentiveness.
