Hi all, I have read that some of the companies offer free web hosting services.I want to get know that is it good for new site launching or it will effect the site efficiency.

I do not think free hosting is any good idea for  serious projects. Think even the cheap0est paid host would be better. The more so because such a quality provider, as for example santrex.net or aspnix.com

Yes its true, free and good hosting arent. How its make bussiness and build datacenter, plus bought servers and make services for free? Impossible, for marketing we can give some plans too, but other services will cost, example management, online chat and fixing problems, backups and some like that.
