It is said that our pages will be indexed by Google within a few minutes if we use a reputable expired domain name, which has a number of backlinks already. I am wondering how I can find this kind of domain names.

Try Godaddy auction. You pay 5$ membership and the cost of the domain ... or maybe more. There you find good domains that will expire or just expired.

The best way to acquire expired domain name is to back order it. It will be a bit costly, but it will ensure that whenever the domain name is expired it will be registered under your name.

GREAT domains that have recently expired, often with existing page rank
