Kill the googlebot  :   i don't agree with you sir , not forum posting, blog commenting is also important, the thing is that we must use Dofollow, High pr forum/ blog any thing because Quality always matter in SEO , We need to consider only Quality Sites Smiley

If I really had a choice between the two I believe forum posting is the better, however you should use both for sure.
