That's what we keep on hearing when it comes to service, especially when it comes to a restaurant. But let's put it this way, if you're a waiter and you are working in a fine dining restaurant and suddenly th customer that you are assisting became rude on you, would you spit on their food?

It is the basic attitude which a service provider should maintain to give his her or her customer a good experience. No, I will not spit on the food if I were a waiter treated rudely , instead I will try to calm down that customer with my exemplary services.

This sentence is certainly not accurate to say, but it is trying to say is that the attitude towards customers is better!

I don't believe that and I don't know which smart ass invented it... It is always mutual agreement or else the business relation won't last.
