I did not use this site to much. Just made a profile and added some friends.
Still I hear that it is a great way to advertise your products there.
Any success campaign on that site? What did you do?
Dell? Like the pickle?

Submit articles!! This will be shown to your friends!!
They will like it .. and like your social networking pages ... also this can bring good traffic to your website!!

Why not use Facebook?
Personally,I think Facebook is better than linkedin.

The only free way to advertise on Linkedin is to submit articles in various groups. Secondly, you can tweet your site from your main page. Other than these I don't see any new way to advertise a site on Linkedin.

Linkedin is ten times better for business than Facebook.  The have a spot for you to create a business profile, etc and it is a top site for business professionals, Facebook is more social.

I also have a profile at linkedin but realy do not understand how exactly I could promote there my services, the same situation is with facebook. Maybe I am stupid but I have not found any customer at these resources. Can someone advice something.

Create your personal profile, You can also create your company's profile. Then connect to your clients, colleagues, friends in it. Then there are question-answer sessions. join them share useful information & articles...
