It has been a long journey for us since December 30th, 2002, when we started off as a tiny webhosting company offering low cost windows, coldfusion and mssql hosting. We coined the phrase "The People's Host" and the name - "JodoHost".

We are based of New Delhi, India from where all our sales, support and technical operations take place. Can I ask you what is the semi-dedicated plans you offer?

Is it something like Virtuozzo servers, or it is a shared hosting account on a better server?

Do you give shell access to these accounts?

We offers Windows semi-dedicated Servers. Semi- Dedicated Servers is inbetween of Virtuzzo servers and shared hosting account on a better server. These servers will only have 10 to 20 users accounts hosted. These servers are recommended for sites with high traffic and high reliability requirements (compared to shared plans). These servers give you the flexibility to run your DLLs and COM files of your applications**  (which is not possible in shared hosting).

No, We don't provide shell access on semi-dedicated servers.
