well people vote for different people in the whole world but in my opinion the power full person is, who is really devoted to his country and who worked for his country all the time and all people support him, he is real powerfull man.

Doesn't matter how "powerful" that person maybe.

If nobody was willing to work for that person, he wouldn't have anyone to enforce his "power".

Also since he is so "powerful" with the backing of a lot of people, those people divide and fight amongst themselves for this "power" also.

So I would say Superman is the most powerful person in the world since it wasn't specified whether this person could be fictional or not.
