It would be very interesting to me to hear your opinion about the most irritating things, implemented into a webpage.

Well that would be the Pop-ups and annoying autoplay advertisements. and sometimes having insufficient information for the specific page or topic is also annoying.

Pops up for sure and those with advertising Pop ups.  There are even some forum board which have them and I can't stand them.  I would never put a pop up on a forum board or a website - ever.

Yes, I think the worse are pop-ups but this is for everyone. For me other thing which I hate is careless design and not considered web project. Everything on page should be intuitive and easy available. If you are want run website you should first of all plan it.

Hover adds over keywords that doesn't disappear when the mouse isn't over the anchor text.
