help for Vbulletin 4 user, password changed & VBSEO setup

hello honorable members of the web dignity forum,

i am using Vbulletin 4.1 altest version

i could not setup vb seo to do my forum search enginesf friendly.

i also trying  to change my admin user name and password, i created a new user giving administrative privilege ,

but i see the user do not get enough privilege, concerned experts of the forums are requesting to suggest me.

I think when you install the program, VB, it asks you for the Admin username and password.  You are probably going to have to go to VB forum board and ask the questions using your customer ID number, to find out exactly.
