is article submission beneficial for a site now ?

friend as you know all the , this time Google panda direct take action on low quality article sites ? because of this most of the sites owner stopped to submit articles. so i just want to concern , can i do article now for my site ? because i am not able to get ranking on my site, if anyone has best article site , which are still surviving after panda updation, the give me please , i really need to do.

Post the Panda update article directories have lost their dominance on search results and article marketing seems to have been blasted into oblivion...though I won???t disagree that many of them are catching up again.
But with Matt Cutts clearly stating, ???I am not a huge fan of article marketing??�, I would suggest you to try other better options like blogging and guest blogging... It is far more effective technique than article submission / marketing.
