Registry cleaners - spyware removal tools

I have problem with all these spyware programs that are installed in my pc, and I can't handle another format ( the last was about 5 weeks ago )

Do you know of any good spyware removal and registry cleaner tool?

Any help will be appreciated

there's a program called Hijackthis, and it's really good at cleaning out adware/spyware that most programs don't clean out. But you have to judge whether it's safe to clean out, since the program shows you every entry that spywares/adwares target, and doesn't tell you if it's safe or not to clean out. I can't find a link, but I've got the program that I can send you.
