I wanna know about the best options that could be good for email hosting services.
Do you think that I can rely on pinellashosting.com? How good are their email hosting services?

I beleive you can get such services from any shared hosting plan with unlimited mail accounts. I recommend you Hostome.com to use. You will get stable and cheap solutions.

I know hostdone.com company gives the best mix of pricing, customer support and has a good user interface.
Their cheap hosting plans can be good for your needs. contact them directly and ask them if they can suit your needs.

Read other clients' or customers' testimonials. Try to contact the current customers of the web host provider of your choice and see if they are satisfied with the kind of services being rendered by the web host company.

Why not just get a proper fully fledged hosting account and use its' email features as well ?

Fastmail is pretty good, and what I would do is run the account to gmail and set up the smtp so when you mail from gmail it looks like you are mailing from the account.  Not "on behalf of" stuff...
