recently i got one order i.e., we have to create 50k fb accounts per 3days and also increase the fan pages of each account i.e, almost 50k fans per one account is it possible.?any suggestions

In a very short period of time it is not possible. You need to work very hard to do that and also you need to increase the head count too to do the job.

As a director of an SEO company, I hope you aren't endorsing Black Hat SEO techniques, which ruins the internet for the general public who want - or deserve! - a natural, true and useful internet.

50K for a Page or for a Profile?
It's technically possible to gain that many followers in that amount of time, Facebook would probably Flag and Ban the profile though.
If it's for a Profile the account would definitely be banned. Can't accumulate that many friends in such a short time.

Best bet at this point is to buy those accounts from someone who's nurtured and developed them over time.
As for that though you'll have to look somewhere else as it's frowned upon on this board.
