Intermediate to Senior Programmer Analyst / Web Developer wanted – PHP, MySQL focus

We are a Canadian based firm that has just been "spun off" from our parent company to focus on development solutions, outsourcing of application development, hosting, security and infrastructure / network management.

We are looking for a English speaking Philippine based PHP, MySQL Web Developer who is very familiar with open source products such as Joomla and Mambo for content management, SugarCRM for Customer relationship management and NetOffice for open source project management.  Our projects would consist of multiple Joomla sites per month.  SugarCRM would need to be installed and modified for several clients as would NetOffice.  In addition to sites, we have several product ideas that would need to be developer – often reverse engineering competing products from scratch in PHP.

This would be a FULL TIME work from home opportunity – we would require that you have a suitable computer, software and internet connection from home (ideally aHigh speed connection).  MSN Messenger and Skype would be used for constant contact.  Should business take off quickly, we would consider hiring multiple developers and perhaps opening up several offices in the Philippines to support our business in North America – but that is likely 12-18 months away.

We are looking for a developer who has exceptional skills:
* 3-5 years of focused PHP and MySQL Development experience
* 1 years of C#, ASP.NET and MS SQL Server experience ideal
* Experience integrating PHP & MySQL with content management systems – Joomla experience preferred
* The ability to complete entire projects on their own without other developers.
* Ability to conceptualize competing products – and re-engineer superior products to compete against them.

Graphic Design Skills:
* Template design experience within Joomla or Mambo open source content management systems
* Must have a minimum of 3 years of web design experience – creating attractive clean graphical interfaces
* Photoshop & Illustrator experience is a MUST

Must have excellent FLASH experience and be up to date with the newest version, and tricks for dynamic flash presentations, banners and sites.  Advanced Flash animation and experience with animated products like sitepal.com into flash banners is also needed.

Server admin:
* Ideally looking for someone with basic to intermediate Linux and MySQL admin skills for outsourced server admin as well
