Well if you do only blog commenting and not use other ways of link building than you are risking that Google will notice your unnatural link profile. The worst could happen is that your will loose ranking for about 3 months or Google will simply stop counting those links wwhen estimating  SERP for your site.

See, if you are genuinely participating in commenting (leaving links where its relevant and needed), it won?t harm your reputation. But if you are commenting for the sole purpose of spamming (Pasting tons of links or attacking other sites) it is not going to boost your ranking.
Doing blog commenting in a proper manner and within Google guidelines will help you rank high.

I don't think that you can survive only with blog commenting in SEO.

A huge problem with legit comments is if the blog uses akismet and you leave to many blog comments in a certain amount of time you will get banned, then you have to contact the owner or moderator and tell them to let you comment through manually every time.

They look to be good for increasing traffic that will come to my websites.
How long has paidforumposting.com been providing such service?
Do they have only English writers? Any discount coupon codes?

Thinking to try them.

Blog commenting could boost up the ranking of the keywords very fast but on the other hand it could lead spam.

Blog commenting is a good off-page technique as it gives a one way backlink. try to search niche blogs, blogs from .gov, .edu as backlinks from these blogs is considered as a quality backlink. Try to post appropriate comment on the blog so it is considered as a spam free comment...

Blog commenting definitely boosts traffic to your site and adds back links, but it should be just one piece of your marketing strategy. Forum posting, article submission and the like are important too.

For link building - Go for Do follow Social Bookmarking too. Plus also lay emphasis on writing unique, and useful, content on your website.

For instant traffic - Use websites like Stumble, Digg, Twitter, Traffup, Reddit, Facebook, Hubapges, Ycombinator, Delicious.. (in addition to SEO)
