There are many good web hosting companies offering nice dedicated servers with dedicated IP's. If you search a little bit more you will find a better deal.

Thousands of it will appear when search upon at online search engines. Since there are a lot of web hosting firms claiming to have the most affordable web host packages, it is quite difficult narrowing down choices.
As for reliable and trustworthy places, can suggest Webwerks.in dedicated Servers.
The tutorials are helpful. It's a great service.
Their pricing is reasonable without any doubt..

To meet all your demands you may use dedicated server from razorservers or b2netsolutions.
Their servers cost not much and there is no downtime on them.

I suggest you to settle for a reliable host that charges a reasonably high rate and offers good service.
Hostingsource.com will be a good place if you need stable, reliable and professional dedicated hosting service.
They offer nice promo code ==> 50%discount - gives 50% off the price.

I got the feeling that it will be pretty much like cod4 for the dedicated servers. I'm pretty sure you will have the option to lunch a multiplayer game session in dedicated server mode (with the command prompt) and have full control on it without 3rd party to host it. They would not dare to use the words "Dedicated servers" if the are talking about p2p. please. don't dare lol.
