Fruits not only helpful for weight loss. also it is helpful for growing our preventive power. Prevention is better than quire, most of we know that. Also a well known proverb, " Eat a apple everyday, doctor will went away".

Fruits and vegetables are the best way for losing weight . Try and avoid bananas as they have loads of calories . Good fruits and low in calories are apricots , grapefruits , peaches, cherries .
