PHP Developer and Integrator - United States

Immediate Fill: We are a startup company that has a single PHP developer on staff, we are in need of an additional PHP developer that needs no hand holding and can work independently. Must be highly motivated and must have a knowledge of RSS and XML. We are willing to offer a voting and stock holding position in the company based upon knowledge level and performance criteria. Applicant can reside in any country but must speak English. Knowledge of the Podcasting and Videocasting space a must. Knowledgable with Linux a plus.  Knowedgable with Dreamweaver a plus. Knowledgable with style sheets a plus.
