A keyword domain may help with rankings, but a brandable domain will help with loyalty. I guess the answer to your question is related to what you seek, long or short term results Smiley

Main Domain URl or sub pages URL?? Adding keywords in sub pages is good idea. But what happen if you  changed your website name with keywords and your keyword name is EXAMPLE www dot example dot com and you sub page have same keyword EXAMPLE so your sub page url will be www dot example dot com/example dot html... just think about it and brand-able domain is more genuine

Your best bet for long term investment in a keyword is a valuable domain name that holds some value, that way it can grow with time.

Some how the keyword is not the identity of your business so in my opinion one should have a business name as url name that will be your business identity. As far as the keyword is concern make it as your target keyword and add it in the contents in your home page i hope you will then achieve better results.l
