As i know exmasters.com is reliable European Host that I would highly recommend you to choose. They offer 99.99% uptime guarantee, zero packet loss and 100% content delivery to your visitors. - For virtual accounts: Use xmas coupon ?xmasv? and this will result to upgrade to a higher plan free of charge. So e.g. signup for plan/price V2 and get plan/rate V3!

I feel that their hosting packages are well-suited for all individuals and small business. Their service's uptime is as promised: 99%, it seems more like 100% to me. 7host.com is top European company to deal with. highly recommended.
