Web Application Developer - United States

Rapidly expanding, two-year old web services company looking for brilliant, creative, dedicated web application developers. Experience with open-source software, LAMP/XAMP development environments and strong work ethic required. You will design and implement front/back-end applications and user interfaces by developing both internal and customer facing systems. Please do NOT apply unless you can dive into a project quickly with little supervision and get it completed quickly. ABOUT US

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Experience with PHP/MySQL, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS...AJAX a plus!
- Extremely comfortable developing in a LAMP/XAMP (Linux/OS X, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environment.
- Experience with customizing/utilizing Open Source code
- Must be able to comment all code and work in disciplined CVS/Subversion environment
- Experience with MySQL 4.1.x, and know how to build efficient schema and queries.
- PHP coder with knowledge of object oriented PHP 4.x or 5.0
- Developed understanding of web standards and SEO techniques.
- Troubleshooting/problem-solving skills a must!
- Attention to detail, highly self-motivated.
- At least 3+ years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in a highly collaborative environment
- Experience with tight deadlines
- Must be a team player
- Must enjoy your work and take pride in your creations
