The person I’m looking for should be a detail-oriented, be familiar with best-practice business software process to help with medium sized LAMP projects. The person should have great communication skills (even with people who don’t always speak english), a working knowledge of the UML and object-oriented design in general - and a dogged diligence in following up to the projects on track.

I expect we’d meet 1-2 times per week at a local hotspot or conference room (maybe the UofL ITEC at the Shelbyville Rd. Campus?), but other than that work from our own space.
