As there is a big trend in these days on publishing proxy sites, I think this would be interesting to many people.

Adsense and YPN (and I think the other contextual programs) don't allow using their programs with proxy sites.

I read that in another forum today, and I removed all the adsense ads from my proxy site.

I will recommend you to do the same to your proxies too.

Interesting.

I don't have a proxy site, but I was thinking of buying one, but if you can't use adsense ads, how can you monetize a proxy site?

I think CPA programs would fit here.

As proxy sites are used most by kids/teens, I suppose tha CPA programs with downloads, smileys, etc. would work fine with this type of sites, but I am not sure, as I haven't seen any results yet.

CPM is ok.

Adsense and YPN don't allow it. Because some times proxy are illegal activity (for some countries) plus you are not allowed to display their ads in addition to other contextual ads (and that can happen if the user is browsing another site that has adsense)
