Duplicate Content has become a huge topic of discussion lately, thanks to the new filters that search engines have implemented..and duplicate content generally refers to substantive blocks of content within or across domains that either completely match other content or are appreciably similar..

Use copyscape...first post your content to blogger and check that post url to the copyscape and there by you can find if its duplicate or not.

we can also use google also, where google display link where content are available. there are many other way as discussed above.

I thinks you may have to try online content checker or article plagiarism checkers. These are good to fine even the link at where the same content present.

yes all the way copyscape. It is paid but it is also the best tool for that out there. I have tried quite a few and none of them worked as it should.

Google panda or Google Penguin will find the duplicate contents and take them out from the list

Just put in google to search whether it is in google already.
