For those of you who use a mozilla based browser, I have made a new wine search plugin Visit through proxy. Test it and please post feedback... thanks!

Nice. I just installed it, and it is working fine.

BTW how many time took you to get accepted in the mozillla's site?

I had made a search plugin before about 8 months and nothing happened

They are added straight away! What was it called; your plugin that is...? Do a search and you may find it...

it searches the whole site but I am about to change the wine reviews page so that each page is listed and kept up to date.... long story...

Yes I believe so too, and that's why I had made a plugin too. Have you added any tracking to your search page, to see if it actually works?

Your username seems to be very search engine friendly. Did you mention that on the threads that you start we get wine related ads?LoL

I track the search terms, but I need to identify the source of the search.

What you mean by identify the source? Maybe the referer? ($_SERVER['HTTP_REFERER'] )

I mean that I don't know if the sourceid will show in the site stats...

Use the vaiable sourceid=Mozilla-search

It will help you know how many of the searches are coming from the plugin.

Now if you want to make it more complex, you can add this to the session, and then write it to the database when someone sign up, so you will be able to know the conversions from the search plugin.
