Every time i shut down my system it shuts with no errors and when ever i open my system it scans the e: and f: drive. Some times i skip the scan but even some times i scan it full which takes 10 to 15 minutes even after that i get this scan disk each time how can i remove this on each system start?

Hello Deccan,
I have a question about this: Does it scan before you see the windows logo, or after?
If it is after you can remove it from the 'startup' list.
Here's how, open 'run.exe' type 'msconfig' go to the 'startup' tab deselect the program that is causing the 10-15 minute scans.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for your quick reply. But this is not when my OS is loaded i mean its when i am in the loading process first you see a windows loading bar in when you start your computer just after that i am seeing this scan disk. I have to press any key to skip this scan. I dont know how can i get rid of it!

Have you tried letting the scan fully finish? Might need to only do it once :p
